Krac'sCotti /Brown Sugar Granola Biscotti

My customers asked me to place these biscotti's on the menu.I originally gave these out as thank you treats,and they quickly became very popular.So,I finally decided to add them.I love finding ways to incorporate "K.r.a.c.n.o.l.a" into recipes.This one's a real winner,it contains the "Super Vitality granola klusters",and whole wheat flour. I wanted to kick it up a notch on the healthy snack scale. Boom! These biscotti's are light airy and delicious,the little nuggets of granola, dried fruit, & quinoa mixed in really makes this such a unique tasting cookie/Biscotti.
